Sports Vacations are Trending

For years, golfers have been globe-trotting to play on the world's most scenic courses. Now, it's time for pickleball enthusiasts to join in on the fun! Imagine playing your favorite sport in stunning locations across the country, combining your love for the game with a memorable travel experience.

Last summer, my husband and I did just that by signing up for a pickleball camp in Bozeman, Montana. Not only was it a refreshing escape from the scorching Arizona heat, but it also gave us the chance to extend our trip and explore the breathtaking landscapes of Yellowstone National Park, marvel at Old Faithful, and encounter diverse wildlife - think buffalo, wolves, elk and even a grizzly!

There are several camps to choose from these days literally all across the country so you can travel to amazing destinations staying active along the way. We chose LevelUp Pickleball Camps based on a friend's recommendation and couldn't have been happier. The pros were top-notch, the facilities were the best in town, and every moment was packed with valuable instruction. From 8 am to 5:30 pm over two days, we received intensive coaching, complete with before-and-after video analyses of our gameplay. I discovered I had been playing pickleball all wrong😀, but I had a blast learning the right way!

Nike also as great camps for pickleball and other sports. A few years ago, I attended a tennis camp at the Enchantment Resort in Sedona, Arizona with three girlfriends. It was a unique and unforgettable experience, blending tennis training and wonderful dinners with the resort's serene beauty.

Incorporating sports into your travel plans keeps you active and energized, making your trips more fulfilling. So if you want to avoid returning from vacation feeling sluggish and unhealthy, a sports vacation could be the ideal solution for you.
